As we age, memory can sometimes seem fragile. Problem solving and creativity can seem strained. And we all wonder, from time to time, about the possibility of dementia. Research indicates, however, that cognitive function can be positively impacted by overall health, lifestyle, and continuing to challenge our brains. In this session, we will explore Dr. Sanjay Gupta’s science-based but very readable Keep Sharp: Build a Better Brain at Any Age (with quick looks at other gerontologists, as well) for ways to maintain healthy and highly functional cognition.
